Calls are Submitted but Not reflected in Reports. What should a User do?

Calls are Submitted but Not reflected in Reports. What should a User do?




·       In Home Page, go to Menu bar by clicking on icon on the top left corner of the application.

·       Select “Outbox”.

·       Select “Refresh All”.

·       Confirm by Selecting “Ok” on the popup screen.

·       Now all the calls which were saved locally will get synchronized.
